There is a lovely story on Parenting a child with a food allergy. This blog is written by parents with children who have multiple allergies – including one with an egg allergy, who is therefore unable to eat the usual variety of brownies. But they have discovered a company called Cherrybrook Kitchen, who produce cake mixes that are peanut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and – crucially from my point of view – gluten-free.
